SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Authors are invited to submit original papers written in English that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. Technical papers must be formatted using the IEEE 2-column format and not exceeding 8 pages for full papers, 4 pages for short papers, 2 pages for poster papers, or 16 pages for systemisation of knowledge (SoK) papers (all excluding references). The paper submission templates are available on IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. The review process will be single blind; that is, authors should indicate their names and affiliations on their submitted manuscripts. And accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore. All papers should be submitted through the JEMS conference submission system.
Please note ICBC 2022 will be accepting Systemization of Knowledge (SoK) papers for the first time. Rather than positing novel research contributions, a SoK paper provides insight by evaluating, systematizing, and contextualizing existing knowledge, usually by means of a comprehensive survey and/or systematic evaluation of the state of the art. In doing so it might challenge (or confirm), with evidence, long-held beliefs or conventional wisdom. If accepted, SoK papers will be allocated the same presentation slot length in the program as a full paper. Please note that conventional research papers should be submitted to the Full Paper track and may be rejected without review if submitted to the SoK Paper track.
IEEE TNSM INVITED SUBMISSIONS
We are pleased to announce that authors of the selected ICBC 2022 best-papers finalists will be invited to submit an extended version of their paper to IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management (impact factor: 3.878), with a fast track review process.
